Early Years Professional Status

CWDC's vision is for the early years workforce to be led by well-skilled and highly motivated graduates. Early Years Professionals (EYPs) are these graduate leaders.

Together with our partners we have developed Early Years Professional Status (EYPS) to recognise graduate practitioners with the skills to lead high quality practice. 

We are working with training providers, local authorities and employers across the country to train the EYPs of the future and make our vision a reality.
